SEMI recently reported that total revenue for North American semiconductor equipment manufacturers in April reached $2.26 billion, up 2.2% from $2.21 billion in March and 17.2% higher than the $1.93 billion recorded in April 2019. This marks the seventh consecutive month that the market has remained above $2 billion. Ajit Manocha, SEMI’s president and CEO, stated: “April revenue from North American–based semiconductor equipment manufacturers reflects a robust equipment market. Despite ongoing uncertainty stemming from COVID‑19 and escalating geopolitical tensions, the industry continues to perform well under these challenging circumstances.”

Specifically, Tailong Lighting intends to acquire 100% of the equity interest in Quanxinke held collectively by Hong Kong Boxin, Shanghai Quanxin, and Hong Kong Jiahe; concurrently, it plans to acquire 100% of the equity interest in Upkeen Global held jointly by Zenith Legend and Hong Kong Qin Zeng; furthermore, it seeks to acquire 100% of the equity interest in Fast Achieve held jointly by Richlong Investment and Hong Kong Qin Zeng.

Upon completion of the overall acquisition, Tailong Lighting will hold 100% equity in Quanxinke, Upkeen Global, and Fast Achieve. Combined with its direct and indirect shareholdings, Bosida and Xinxing Electronics will become wholly owned subsidiaries of Tailong Lighting following the completion of the transaction.
