[Job Description]
I. Structural Design Direction
1. Conduct a feasibility assessment for new product project initiation, and validate the implementation plan and development schedule.
2. Conduct technical development and be responsible for product planning and design.
3. Coordinate and resolve technical issues arising during manufacturing, procurement, quality assurance, and after-sales processes.
4. Ensure that the technical documentation for the entire project is properly organized and archived in accordance with standardization requirements.
5. Responsible for communicating and providing technical briefings on new technologies, as well as guiding their implementation.
II. Electromagnetic Simulation Direction
1. An electromagnetic system designed for electron beam focusing and deflection.
2. Perform simulation analyses of the motor’s magnetic field, torque, and losses to ensure that the design meets the specified performance requirements.
3. Responsible for the evaluation, selection, and certification of electromagnetic materials related to electric motors.
4. Analyze motor failure components during R&D and production, identify root causes from both mechanical and electrical perspectives, and drive design improvements and process optimizations.
III. High-Voltage Power Supply Direction
1. Set up a high-voltage test environment and design a CT high-voltage generator scheme.
2. Power supply design for the X-ray tube assembly, minimizing electromagnetic interference and voltage reflections.
3. Design and verification of the insulation system, analysis of failure modes, and development of redundancy protection schemes.
4. Resolve technical issues during product debugging and provide support for production and quality control.
5. Collaborate with vendors and other departments to implement specific initiatives—such as selecting and upgrading technical equipment and adopting new technologies—to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
【Job Requirements】
1. Educational requirement: Master’s degree or higher.
2. Professional Requirements: Electrical engineering, mechanical design, applied physics, nuclear technology and its applications, or related fields.
3. Familiarity with vacuum technology and electromagnetic fields; a medical background is preferred.
4. Possess strong skills in consulting scientific and technical literature, as well as proficiency in both Chinese and English reading and writing.
5. Proactive and diligent in work, with strong communication and hands-on skills, as well as a spirit of innovation and teamwork.
