The Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economy and Informatization has released the fourth batch of Beijing “Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative” SMEs for 2022. Beijing Zhishu Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Zhishu Technology”) has been successfully selected and awarded the Beijing Municipal “Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative” SME designation.

On August 26, 2019, General Secretary Xi Jinping presided over the fifth meeting of the Central Financial and Economic Commission, where he emphasized the need to harness both entrepreneurial spirit and the spirit of craftsmanship, and to foster a cohort of small and medium-sized enterprises that are specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative.

“Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative” refers to enterprises that exhibit the characteristics of specialization, refinement, distinctiveness, and innovation.

According to Beijing’s eligibility criteria, enterprises selected for the “Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative” SME list must meet specific thresholds in areas such as innovation capability, degree of specialization, level of refinement, and business management.

At the same time, the leading products must meet one or more of the following criteria: they must address critical bottlenecks in the industrial chain, fill key capability gaps in strategic sectors, or fill domestic (or international) market voids.
