Product Overview of the Vacuum Degassing Station
It is a specialized device designed for degassing workpieces under high-vacuum and high-temperature conditions. By integrating an internal vacuum system with an external heating unit, it delivers efficient outgassing and venting, primarily used to bake and evacuate workpieces in high-vacuum, high-temperature environments. It effectively removes internal gases and impurities, enhancing the quality and performance of the workpiece and providing a clean foundation for subsequent manufacturing or inspection processes. Additionally, when combined with electrical energization of the workpiece and a high‑vacuum pumping system, it enables thorough degassing and venting.
