Public Notice Prior to Filing of the Hangzhou Production Base by Zhishu Technology

In accordance with the relevant laws and regulations on the disclosure of environmental impact assessment information for construction projects, the Environmental Impact Assessment Registration Form for the new medical equipment manufacturing project of Zhejiang Zhishu Technology Co., Ltd. is hereby made public prior to submission for approval:
1. Project Name: New Medical Equipment Manufacturing Project of Zhejiang Zhishu Technology Co., Ltd.;
2. Project Owner: Zhejiang Zhishu Technology Co., Ltd.;
3. Project Scope: The company plans to invest RMB 30 million to construct a new medical equipment manufacturing facility at Rooms 140, 142, 144, and 146 on the first floor of Building 2, No. 658 Bin’an Road, Changhe Subdistrict, Binjiang District, Hangzhou. The facility will have a total floor area of 4,010 m² and, upon completion, is expected to achieve an annual production capacity of 1,000 medical X-ray tubes.
